4.9.1. Linkware Live

The first step in setting up the Linkware Live Integration is for the user to check that Linkware Live integration is licensed within the IRM application. This can be done in two ways within the Global Console:

As a Normal user: click on the About menu inside the Global Console's main screen:

If the Linkware integration app is installed then it will be shown here in the bottom of the Software Versions dialog:
As an Administration user, expand the Administration section in the Global Console's main screen and click on License:

Now, scroll down to the license Features and confirm that Linkware license is installed:

Now that it has been confirmed that Linkware is installed, open the IRM Web Client to continue with the configuration of the Linkware Live API (covered in the following subtopics).
