4.4. Server health checks for specific data inconsistenciesIn case the user runs into data inconsistency problems, the Health Check feature provides a way to force a server validation and request it to fix any problems found.
This feature consists of the following mechanisms:
These operations are supported via the Global Settings dialog's Run Health Check button (available only for Admin or Developer users):
![]() Clicking on the Run Health Check button changes its appearance, indicating the Health Check is in progress:
![]() When the process is done, the Health Check Issues dialog opens, listing all problem items into a data grid, along with details about the issue.
![]() To fix the issues, select desired items to fix, by clicking on the appropriate checkboxs and then click the Fix Health Check Issues button:
![]() A successful fix is visible in the grid in the form of green checkbox icon and the message describing what the fix was.
Note: The number of different health checks performed may grow over time, but for now there is validation against invalid references to Port Definitions and invalid references to Attachments.
