Work Packages tab

 
The purpose of the  Work Package is to allow different operations recorded in the MAC to be logically grouped based upon how they are to be installed. 
 
Example: if a MAC contained installing equipment and installing and connecting cables.
Two work packages could be defined as follows:
  • Work Package 1: Install Equipment
  • Work Package 2: Install and Terminate cable 
 
Each Work Package would contain the relevant MAC operations recorded in the Change Log to support each work package.

Create Work Package

2. Create Work Package
This opens the Work Package Editor, allowing the user to define a new Work Package entry.

Edit Work Package

This opens the Work Package Editor, allowing the user to update the Work Package.

Delete Work Package

4. Delete Work Package
This option will remove the Work Package from the MAC and all objects in the MAC will be un-assigned from the Work Package.
