4.3.6. Cable ManagementIn IRM, the Cable object is used to define all cable routes and connections between hardware. Cable objects are typed objects, meaning they are organized into Categories and Types in the Cable C&T tree (see Organizing Cable Types by Category Assignment).
Cablesets are used to insert one or more Cable objects in to the Design World.
Some examples of different usages of Cable objects:
