In addition to the previously described features, IRM supports an extension to the Schedule feature where a one-time Schedule can be created from the MAC Editor. There are two variations of this - one at the MAC level and one at the Work Package level.
MAC level
At the MAC level, a one-time Schedule can be created using a dedicated Schedule... button at the bottom of the MAC Editor dialog:
This button brings up the Schedule Properties dialog with a few specific differences, compared to opening it in other ways:
The Collection tree in the Assignments tab is hidden
The MAC is automatically shown in the MOCOs grid in the Assignments tab.
The Recurrence in the Schedule tab is set to “Only one time“ and all other options are disabled.
If a Schedule has already been created and the user clicks the "Schedule..." button again, the same UI is entered and effectively allows the existing Schedule to be modified. Deleting the Schedule entirely can be done from the Object Grid. If a pre-warning needs to be added, the Schedule object can be edited directly and that can be set up.
Work Package level
The Work Package level variation works similarly, except that the Web Client gets the full "assignments" value directly from the Work Package. The button to initiate this variation is an action button in Work Packages list in the Work Packages tab of the MAC Editor dialog:
