The following subsections cover the functionality of the IRM Global Console and Web Client product suite intended for ordinary IRM users. Administrative functionality is covered separately in the Administrators' Guide.

Global Console section covers the main functionalities of the three main features available for ordinary IRM users (by "ordinary" we're referring to non-admin users, for more details on different classes of IRM Users, see
IRM users.
The
Web Client is the primary IRM application interface for viewing and manipulating detailed IRM data. It includes the following parts:

Tutorial section is the most extensive, as it contains use case scenarios for all major functions of the IRM application and provides "Use-cases" on "how-to" complete certain functions rather than individually describing UI elements, as the previous two topics do (
Global Console and
Web Client).
The topics in tutorial section are logically organized by function and is further divided into single or multiple subtopics dedicated to individual functionalities, depending on the complexity of the main feature.
