Elevation iiPDFThe Elevation iiPDF mechanism is used to show the Elevation view and related equipment and connectivity data in a PDF format. To export an Elevation, an Elevation iiPDF Configuration must be created; it defines the content, PDF information and data fields to be exported. An important part of the Elevation iiPDF Configuration is the Elevation iiPDF Template, which is used to define the column data and the PDF information to be exported when the Elevation iiPDF Configuration is executed.
The starting point for Elevation iiPDF is the Elevation iiPDF Manager, which is available from IRM's main screen and is opened by clicking on the Export button located above the Object Grid in the Function Bar and selecting the appropriate option from the pull-down menu:
![]() The Elevation iiPDF Manager is used for basic management of Elevation iiPDF Configurations -- that is, to Create, Edit and Run Elevation iiPDF Configurations. The screenshot below shows an Elevation iiPDF Manager example that lists a single Configuration, additional properties, convenience and action features, explained in more details in the following text.
![]() The data grid lists all Elevation iiPDF Configurations and their basic properties available to the current user, which included all public Configurations and private Configurations created by that user.
Basic properties are displayed for each Configuration, similar to that for other Configurations, like the Data and Area iiPDF Configurations:
In addition, as is common in IRM manager dialogs, several action buttons are available enable to Run, Share, Edit, Remove existing or Define a New Configuration.
