Global Console Ticket Manager

 
The Global Console provides a mechanism that enables viewing active IRM tickets in a data grid and opening those tickets in the Web Client's Ticket Editor. This functionality is accessed via a dedicated icon in the Global Console's main icon bar, marked by the red rectangle in the screenshot below:
 
This opens the Ticket Manager dialog and shows a data grid listing all tickets for the first Site:
 
In the case of multiple Sites, the drop-down list in the top-left corner of the dialog enables the user to select between the Sites; doing so updates the content of the data grid to list the appropriate tickets.
 
The data grid contains the same column data as the Web Client Ticket Manager, with the exception of the last (Actions) column that contains a single Arrow button. Clicking on it opens the Ticket Manager dialog in the Web Client:
