The Cables grid lists Cable instances assigned to the selected Task Request.
If the grid is empty and a Task Request is selected, the grid gets populated with the list of Cables assigned to the selected Task Request.
Selecting another Task Request repopulates this grid with the list of Cables assigned to the newly selected Task Request.
If the grid is empty and a Project is selected, it remains empty.
If the grid is not empty, selecting another Project clears the list of Cables previously displayed in this grid. Once again, a Task Request needs to be selected to populate it.
The grid also includes an action button for generating Reports for individual Cables from this list.
