The Dependency View iiPDF Configuration is used to describe and define the content to be included in the Dependency View iiPDF output file. The process of defining a new Dependency View iiPDF Configuration is initiated by clicking on the + action button in the Dependency View iiPDF Manager dialog, which opens a blank Dependency View iiPDF Configuration dialog:
Specify the Name of the new Dependency View iiPDF Configuration
This grid enables selection of an existing Dependency View iiPDF Template, or specifying a new one via the + button. For more details about the Dependency View iiPDF Template feature, click on the next topic - Dependency View iiPDF Template.
If the is Public? checkbox option is checked, the Dependency View iiPDF Configuration can be viewed and edited by any other user.
The read only table below it displays basic log information about the Configuration, like the creation and modification time, user that created it, etc.
If the Save Output checkbox is checked, the resulting export file will be saved to the Global Console in addition to being available for immediate download. Saving it to the Global Console allows Report Viewers to download the export file via the Global Console interface.
Run Configuration and Dependency View iiPDF Manager buttons
Clicking on the Run button in the bottom-left corner of the dialog allows the Dependency View iiPDF Configuration to be run immediately. Note that this button is active only if the Configuration being edited or created has already been saved.
The Dependency View iiPDF Manager button is also located near the bottom-left corner, enabling easy access to that feature from this dialog.
