The Dependency View iiPDF Template Editor is used to define the Object Types and column data to be exported when the Dependency View iiPDF Configuration is executed. The selected Dependency View iiPDF Template defines properties such as the Page Setup and Data Export content to be included in the final iiPDF output. A single Dependency View iiPDF Template must be selected when running the Dependency View iiPDF.

Specify the Name, PDF and Privacy Information of the Dependency View iiPDF Template
Specify the name for the new Dependency View iiPDF Template in the Name text field.
Since the PDF format is selected by default, the Set PDF Information button is also enabled. Clicking on it opens the Set PDF Information dialog, which enables specifying different PDF-specific settings in the exported file. These properties are also specified in other types of Export that use the PDF format, including Area iiPDF. Click the following link for more information about the Set PDF Information dialog.
Like other Export Templates, the Dependency View iiPDF Template can be set as either public or private, depending whether you want other users to be able to use or edit it. This is done by specifying the Is Public? checkbox.
The What to Output section consists of a multiple selection checkbox listthat enables specifying the Equipmentobject fields to be displayed as a label / balloon next to each Equipment object in the Dependency View iiPDF output file. In addition, the list has the standard convenient Quick Search box on the top for quick filtering.
The Equipment DDR Template drop-down menu enables embedding Data Export files associated with the Equipment objects being exported. Selecting the DDR template specifies the fields to be included in the embedded Data Export file.
