The Butterfly View iiPDF Template Editor is used to define the Object Types and column data to be exported when the Butterfly View iiPDF Configuration is executed. The selected Butterfly View iiPDF Template defines properties such as the Page Setup and Data Export content to be included in the final iiPDF output. A single Butterfly View iiPDF Template must be selected when running the Butterfly View iiPDF.

Specify the Name, PDF and Privacy Information of the Butterfly View iiPDF Template
Specify the name for the new Butterfly View iiPDF Template in the Name text field.
Since the PDF format is selected by default, the Set PDF Information button is also enabled. Clicking on it opens the Set PDF Information dialog, which enables specifying different PDF-specific settings in the exported file. These properties are also specified in other types of Export that use the PDF format, including Area iiPDF. Like other Export Templates, the Is Public? option in the Butterfly View iiPDF Template is used to grant public or private access to the template, depending whether the template is available to all (Is Public?Checked ) or only available to the owner ( Is Public?Unchecked )
The Fields section consists of two multiple selection checkbox liststhat enable specifying the Equipment and Cable Object fields to be displayed as a label / balloon next to each Equipment and Cable object in the Butterfly View iiPDF output file. Both lists have the standard convenient Quick Search box on the top for quick filtering.
The Equipment DDR Template and Cable DDR Template drop-down menus enable embedding Data Export files associated with the Equipment and Cable objects being exported. Selecting the DDR templates specifies the fields which are included in the embedded Data Export file.
Include Port & Connectivity Pages: checkbox used to create a separate file showing the Port and Cable connectivity for the Equipment in the Butterfly View iiPDF Configuration.
Include Wall Elevation Images: checkbox to include the Wall Elevation images associated with the Maintenance Hole object being exported in the Butterfly View iiPDF output file.
