4.3.2. User Management

An IRM user is someone who uses the IRM software and should not be confused with the user categorized object. In IRM documentation, the term IRM User is used to differentiate an IRM User from a User contact.

In addition to individual IRM Users, IRM supports User Teams, which is simply a named collection of IRM Users that can have permissions assigned.

IRM User accounts are managed by an account Administrator using the Global Console.

Functionality includes:

Managing User properties, User Teams and Policies for the selected User Account
Managing User Teams - creating new, editing and removing existing User Teams
Viewing audit trail information via User Activity Logs
