The Labels tab is used to define layer text styles specifcally used for the display of object labels.
Similar to the General Architecture tab, the Labels tab differs from other tabs associated with Super Categories supported by the Layer Manager:
This tab doesn't include the Select Variety dropdown menu or precedence arrow buttons..
Opens the Add New Layer pop-out sub-dialog, which displays only a text input field for entering the new layer's name, along with Add and Cancel buttons for confirming creation. When you click the Add button, it generates a new layer entry within the grid, complete with default style properties, and positions it at the bottom of the grid.
Clicking it opens a standard pop-out confirmation dialog, and if confirmed, the Layer is deleted.
The rest of the action buttons allow user to Edit, Hide, Lock or Delete the label layer.
